Liverpool reach Champions League final after thrilling win over AC Milan

Liverpool secured their place in the Champions League final for the third time under Jurgen Klopp with a thrilling victory over AC Milan at Anfield.

The Reds came from behind to win 5-2 on aggregate, securing a 3-2 win on the night.

Mohamed Salah's second-minute penalty gave Liverpool a perfect start, but AC Milan hit back with two goals from Brahim Diaz and Ante Rebic to take a 2-1 lead into the break.

Klopp's team laid siege to Milan's goal in the second half, but it was not until the 69th minute that they found an equalizer through Sadio Mane. Jordan Henderson put Liverpool back in front with a stunning strike just two minutes later.

Divock Origi sealed the win in the 85th minute, sending Liverpool to the Champions League final in Paris on 28 May.
